Screen door repair and replacement by Ashley Lauren

Screen Door Repair & Replacement - On Site

Sliding screens off the track, swinging screens with a hole, storm doors that won't close - we fix it in your driveway.

Screen Door Repair

Three things break on screen doors more than anything else:

  • The mesh - torn from pets, deck furniture, or just years of UV.
  • The rollers (on sliders) - worn out, so the door jumps the track or drags.
  • The frame corners - pulled apart, so the door no longer squares up.

We fix all three on site. New mesh, new rollers, new corner brackets - done from the truck without needing to take your door anywhere.

Screen Door Replacement

If the frame is too far gone - corroded aluminum, warped wood, repeated repairs that no longer hold - we build or order a replacement. Sliding, swinging, or storm-door insert. Matched to your opening so it actually fits.

Pet Accessories

If you have a cat or a dog, you already know: a standard screen door has a shelf life of about one season. We solve that two ways:

  1. Pet-resistant mesh. Phifer PetScreen is 7× stronger than standard fiberglass and shrugs off claws.
  2. Pet doors integrated into the screen. A built-in pet door means your dog stops shredding the screen to get out. We size for small cats up to 100-lb dogs.

Door Styles We Service

Sliding screen doors, swinging screen doors (Cape Cod, El Dorado, Model E, Prairie, Protector, Pueblo, Santa Fe, Vista), storm door inserts, retractable Mirage systems, French and double doors, garage screens, patio screens.

If you're not sure what you have, send us a photo to shawn@screenmastersde.com and we'll tell you what fits.

Good questions

Frequently Asked Questions

My sliding screen door keeps jumping off the track. Can you fix that?

Yes - usually a worn roller or bent bottom rail. We carry rollers, replacement rails, and the spline tools in the truck. Most fixes are done in under 30 minutes.

Do you rebuild screen doors or do I need to buy a new one?

We rebuild whenever possible - new mesh, new spline, new rollers. If the frame itself is shot, we'll build or order a replacement door matched to your opening.

Can you install pet doors in existing screens?

Yes. We install pet-door accessories sized for cats up to large dogs, and we'll swap in pet-resistant mesh around it so it actually lasts.

What about storm-door screens?

We do those too. Most storm doors use a removable insert that we take, rebuild on the truck, and reinstall the same visit.

Do you handle commercial doors?

Yes - apartments, HOAs, Airbnbs, and small commercial properties. See our /commercial/ page or call for a multi-unit quote.
