Delaware County PA borders Wilmington and northern Delaware directly - for us, it's a short drive and one of our regular PA service areas. Mostly mid-century and post-war suburban construction with standard window sizes, plus pockets of older restored historic homes in Media and Swarthmore.
Two patterns: mid-century suburbs (Springfield, Aston, Brookhaven, Drexel Hill - all heavy on 1950s-1970s ranches and split-levels with standard sizes and predictable mesh wear-out around year 15-20), and restored Victorian and Craftsman homes (Media and Swarthmore have concentrations of restored period homes where we build custom-size screens on site, often with bronze or black finishes).
