How Commercial Service Differs

  1. Scheduling. We block multi-day windows for large jobs instead of fitting between residential calls.
  2. Pricing. Per-screen rates drop on volume. A 30-screen rental property is meaningfully cheaper per screen than five separate single-screen calls.
  3. Materials. We default to commercial-grade mesh (TuffScreen vinyl-coated polyester) on high-traffic doors and windows.
  4. Billing. Net-30 invoicing for accounts after the first job; PO numbers and structured invoicing available.

  • Rental property turnover - single-family, 8-12 screens, rebuilt in one afternoon. Per-screen rate around $35-45 in bulk.
  • HOA common area refresh - pool house, clubhouse, gatehouse screens. Usually scheduled in a single day.
  • Airbnb beach-rental annual refresh - typically 12-20 screens with salt-resistant frame upgrades.

Yes. Per-screen rates drop on orders of 20+ screens on a single property or 50+ screens across managed units. Custom quotes for property management contracts.

Can you do property turnovers between tenants?

Yes - turnover screen rebuilds are one of our most common commercial calls. We typically can do a full single-family rental in one visit; multi-unit buildings are scheduled across multiple days.

Do you carry commercial-grade mesh?

Yes. For high-traffic commercial doors and windows, we use Phifer TuffScreen (vinyl-coated polyester, heavy-duty).

Can you invoice net 30 / net 60?
