How Commercial Service Differs
- Scheduling. We block multi-day windows for large jobs instead of fitting between residential calls.
- Pricing. Per-screen rates drop on volume. A 30-screen rental property is meaningfully cheaper per screen than five separate single-screen calls.
- Materials. We default to commercial-grade mesh (TuffScreen vinyl-coated polyester) on high-traffic doors and windows.
- Billing. Net-30 invoicing for accounts after the first job; PO numbers and structured invoicing available.

- Rental property turnover - single-family, 8-12 screens, rebuilt in one afternoon. Per-screen rate around $35-45 in bulk.
- HOA common area refresh - pool house, clubhouse, gatehouse screens. Usually scheduled in a single day.
